From Colmar, take Bus 25 to Ingersheim Nord. From there, transfer to Bus 145 towards Katzenthal. Get off at the Katzenthal Mairie (town hall) stop. From the Mairie, follow the walking directions via Rue de la Vallée. A single bus fare from Colmar to Katzenthal is approximately €3. Walking from the bus stop to the castle takes about 20 minutes.

From Colmar, follow the D11 towards Katzenthal. Once in Katzenthal, follow signs for 'Château du Wineck'. Limited free parking is available near the castle on Rue de la Vallée. During peak season, parking may be challenging. Consider parking in the village center and walking up. Parking is free.
