If you are driving, start from any point in Ardèche Gorges and head towards the D104 road. Follow the D104 until you reach the junction with D217. Turn onto D217 and continue for approximately 3 kilometers. You will find Grotte Aven Forestière located at Col de la Forestiere, D217, 07150 Orgnac-l'Aven. Look for the main entrance on the right side of the road. Parking is available on-site, and there may be a small fee for parking.

For those using public transport, take a bus to the nearest town, Orgnac-l'Aven. You can catch buses from larger towns in the Ardèche region that connect to local services. Upon arrival at Orgnac-l'Aven, you will need to walk approximately 1.5 kilometers to reach Grotte Aven Forestière. Simply head east on Avenue des Combattants, then turn left onto D217, where you will find the grotto on your right. Be sure to check the local bus schedule in advance, as services may not be frequent.
