    From the Cannes train station, walk east along Rue Jean Jaurès towards the port. Turn left onto Quai Saint-Pierre, passing the old port on your right. Continue straight, and you'll see the base of Le Suquet hill ahead. Follow the signs towards Musée de la Castre, ascending the cobblestone streets. The walk is uphill and takes approximately 15-20 minutes. Note that some sections have stairs. Alternatively, from the port area, follow signs for the 'vieux quartier' (old quarter).

    From the Cannes train station (Gare de Cannes), take the Palm Bus line 1 towards 'Gare Maritime'. Get off at the 'Gare Maritime' stop, which is located near the port and the base of Le Suquet hill. From there, follow the walking directions above to ascend to Rue du Mont Chevalier. A single bus ticket costs €1.50. Alternatively, take the free Le Suquet shuttle bus from the Town Hall (Hotel de Ville) to the top of Le Suquet. The 'Suquet Forville Pass' costs €0.90 for all-day travel on the shuttle.

    Taxis are available throughout Cannes, including at the train station and major hotels. A taxi ride from the city center or train station to the base of Le Suquet hill will cost approximately €10-€15. From there, follow the walking directions to ascend Rue du Mont Chevalier. Note that taxis cannot drive directly to the top of Le Suquet due to the narrow, pedestrian-only streets.
