Driving
From Passy, follow the D43 towards Plaine-Joux. Continue towards the Passy Nature Reserve entrance. A short drive on Chemin des Parchets will take you to Lac Vert. Parking is available near the lake at Restaurant du Lac Vert, but spots are limited (around 50). Parking is free. If the lot is full, return to the larger Plaine-Joux parking area and walk to the lake.

From Passy, take bus line Y85 to the 'Plaine-Joux' stop. From there, it's a roughly 30-minute walk to Lac Vert. Follow the signs towards the lake. In July and August, free shuttle buses operate between the Plaine-Joux parking lot and Lac Vert, making the final approach easier.
