Car

If you're driving, start from the center of Chamonix-Mont-Blanc. Head southeast on Rue du Docteur Paccard toward Rue de la Poste. Continue straight onto Route de la Mer de Glace/D1506. After about 1.5 km, follow the signs for VC N°1 and turn left. The Ravine viewpoint is located at VC N°1, 74400 Chamonix-Mont-Blanc. Parking may be available nearby, but check for any parking fees.
Public Transportation

From Chamonix center, take the bus line 1 (direction Les Praz) from the bus station. The journey takes about 20 minutes. Get off at the 'Les Praz-de-Chamonix' stop. From there, it’s a short 10-minute walk to the viewpoint. Head towards VC N°1, following the signs for the hiking trails. Make sure to check the bus schedules for return trips.
Walking

If you're already in Chamonix and prefer walking, you can start from the town center. Take Rue du Docteur Paccard and follow the signs toward Route de la Mer de Glace/D1506. The walk is approximately 2.5 km and should take around 30 minutes. Enjoy the scenic views along the way, and once you reach VC N°1, you will find the Ravine viewpoint.
