Walking
If you're starting from the Grenoble train station (Gare de Grenoble), exit the station and head northeast on Rue des Alliés. Continue straight until you reach Place de la Gare. From there, turn left onto Rue de la République, a bustling shopping street. Walk straight for about 10 minutes until you reach Place Notre Dame, where the Cathédrale Notre-Dame is located. The cathedral will be right in front of you.
Tram
To reach Cathédrale Notre-Dame via tram, start at the Grenoble train station (Gare de Grenoble). From the station, walk to the tram stop called 'Gare' and take Tram B (direction Gières - Plaine des Sports). After 4 stops, get off at 'Victor Hugo' stop. From there, walk straight down Rue de la République for about 5 minutes until you arrive at Place Notre Dame, where the cathedral is located.
Bus
If you prefer taking a bus, head to the nearest bus stop from your location. If you are near the train station, take bus line 12 from 'Gare' stop towards 'Chavant'. Get off at the 'Chavant' stop (3 stops). From there, walk along Avenue Maréchal Randon until you reach Rue de la République. Turn left and walk straight to Place Notre Dame, where you will find Cathédrale Notre-Dame.
