Public Transport
From the center of Grenoble, head to the Grenoble train station (Gare de Grenoble). Use tram line A (the blue line) in the direction of 'Échirolles' and get off at the 'Gares' stop. From there, transfer to tram line B (the green line) towards 'Gières - Plaine des Sports'. Get off at 'Saint-Martin-le-Vinoux'. From the tram stop, walk northeast towards the river, then follow the signs leading to the Mandrin Caves. The walk should take approximately 20 minutes.

If you prefer to walk from the center of Grenoble, start from Place Victor Hugo and head to Rue de la République. Continue straight until you reach the river Isère. Follow the riverbank northwards until you reach the bridge (Pont de la Libération). Cross the bridge and continue on the road towards Saint-Martin-le-Vinoux. Keep following the signs to the caves. This walk will take around 1 hour and 30 minutes.

You can rent a bike from one of the many rental stations around Grenoble. Start at Parc Paul Mistral and head towards the river Isère. Follow the riverside bike path north until you reach the Pont de la Libération. Cross the bridge and continue cycling towards Saint-Martin-le-Vinoux. Look for bike-friendly paths and signs leading to the Mandrin Caves. The cycling distance is approximately 8 kilometers and should take around 30-40 minutes.
