Walking
From La Rochelle city center, head southwest towards Rue du Palais. Walk straight until you reach Place de la Cité. From there, take a left onto Rue de la République. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Allée du Mail. Turn right onto Allée du Mail and follow it until you reach your destination. The walk is approximately 15-20 minutes from the city center.
Public Transport
From the city center, find the nearest Yélo bus stop. Take Line 1 or Line 3 towards 'Les Minimes'. Get off at the 'Cité de l'Histoire' stop, which is close to the Allée du Mail. A single bus ticket costs €1.50. From the bus stop, walk towards the coast to reach the Allée du Mail.
Parking
If driving, parking is available near the Allée du Mail. You can find parking along Allée du Mail itself or in nearby parking lots. Parking fees typically range from €1.50 to €3.10 for 1-2 hours. Be aware that parking can be limited, especially during peak season.
