Getting There

• Car

  If you're driving, start by getting onto A31 from your location in Lorraine. Follow signs for Metz and merge onto A31. Take exit 32 toward Metz-Centre. Continue on Rue de la Petite Riviere, then turn right onto Avenue Louis le Débonnaire. The Jean-Marie Pelt Gardens - Seille Park will be on your left. There is parking available nearby, but be aware that some areas might have parking fees, typically around €1-2 per hour.

• Train

  For those using the train, head to the nearest train station in Lorraine and take an SNCF train to Metz. Once in Metz, exit the train station and head towards the bus terminal located just outside. You can take Bus Line 3 towards 'Les Hauts de Vallières' and get off at the stop 'Les Républicains'. From there, it's a short 10-minute walk to the park. Note that tickets for the bus can be purchased from machines at the bus terminal, costing around €1.50.

• Public Transportation (Tram)

  If you prefer tram service, take Tram Line A from Metz Gare (the main train station) towards 'Burgersdorf'. Alight at 'Place de la République' and transfer to Tram Line B towards 'Mairie de Metz'. Get off at 'Château d'Eau', which is a short walk from the gardens. Tram tickets can be purchased at ticket machines near the tram stops for about €1.50.

• Walking

  For visitors staying in central Metz, the Jean-Marie Pelt Gardens - Seille Park is reachable by a pleasant walk. From the central square, Place de la République, head northeast down Avenue Foch, then continue straight onto Avenue Louis le Débonnaire. The gardens are about a 20-minute walk from the square.
