Car
If you're driving, start from Mont Saint-Michel and head northwest on D797 toward D275. Follow D797 for about 49 km until you reach Saint-Malo. Once in Saint-Malo, follow the signs for 'Intra-Muros' (the walled city). Park at one of the public parking areas outside the walls, such as 'Parking de la Plage' or 'Parking de l'Esplanade'. From there, walk into the city through the gates. Holland Bastion is located at Rpe des Moulins Colin, which is about a 15-minute walk from the parking area. Just follow the streets through the historic center, and you will reach it.

Take a train from Mont Saint-Michel to Saint-Malo. The train journey takes about 50 minutes. Once you arrive at Saint-Malo train station, take bus line 2 towards 'Intra-Muros'. Get off at the stop 'Gares', which is a short walk to the old city. Walk through the city gates and follow the signs toward the waterfront. Holland Bastion is approximately 1 km from the bus stop and will take around 15 minutes on foot.
