Continue straight through the Place Massena until you reach Rue de l'Opéra. Follow Rue de l'Opéra until it intersects with Rue de la Préfecture, and then take a right turn. Continue walking straight until you reach the Palais de Justice where Tour de l'Horloge is located at 1 Pl. du Palais de Justice.
