    Baume Obscure is located about 3.5 km from Saint-Vallier-de-Thiey. From the village, follow signs for Saint-Cézaire (D5). After about 500 meters, at the second roundabout, take the Chemin de Sainte Anne, indicated by a 'Souterroscope' sign. Continue straight, passing the Intermarché on your left, for 2.5 km until you reach the cave's parking area. Parking is free. Be aware that the road to the cave is a narrow, winding forest road.

    From Grasse, take bus line A from 'Place de la Buanderie' to 'Grand Pré' in Saint-Vallier-de-Thiey. From there, it's a 3.5 km walk to the cave. At the roundabout in Grand Pré (marked by a deer statue), follow the D5 towards Saint-Cézaire. After 500m, turn right onto Chemin de Sainte Anne and continue for 2.5km to the cave. Bus tickets cost around €2.
