Originally the site of the Moulin de la Turlure windmill from 1770 to 1820, the area later became a garden maintained by the Sisters of Our Lady of the Cenacle. In 2004, it was renamed in honor of Marcel Bleustein-Blanchet, a French advertising executive and founder of Publicis, who lived in the neighborhood and was a member of the French Resistance during World War II. The park's terraced design includes the Grand Salon and Salon Vert, featuring a blend of natural and architectural elements.
