Fa'aruma'i Waterfalls, also known as the Three Cascades, is a captivating natural attraction in Hitiaa O Te Ra, French Polynesia, offering a serene escape into the heart of Tahiti's lush landscapes. The site features three distinct waterfalls, each with its own unique charm.The most accessible and frequently visited is the Vaimahuta Fall, which can be reached with a short, easy walk from the parking area. It has a vertical drop of 262 feet (80 meters). The trail to Vaimahuta is a gravel path that meanders through tropical trees alongside a flowing stream. The plunge of Vaimahuta Falls is a breathtaking sight, often creating a misty atmosphere that adds to the magical experience.The other two waterfalls, Haamaremare Rahi and Haamaremare Iti, are a 20-30 minute walk from Vaimahuta.
