    To reach Ta'ahiamanu Beach from Tahiti, take a ferry from Papeete to Moorea. Ferries typically cost $15-$30 one way and the ride is about 30 minutes. Upon arrival at the Moorea ferry terminal, take the local bus towards Papetō'ai. Inform the driver of your destination. The bus ride takes approximately 20-25 minutes. Get off at the stop nearest to Public Beach Ta'ahiamanu. The bus fare is approximately 500 XPF. From the bus stop, walk towards the beach following the signs; it's about a 5-minute walk.

  • Car

    If driving from the ferry terminal in Vaiare, head west on the main road (Route de Moorea). Follow the road for approximately 15-20 minutes. As you approach Papetō'ai, look for signs for Ta'ahiamanu Beach. The beach will be on your right. Free parking is available near the beach. Be aware that the parking lot can get busy during peak season.

  • Taxi

    Taxis are available at the Moorea ferry terminal. A taxi ride from the ferry terminal to Ta'ahiamanu Beach will cost approximately 2,000 XPF to 4,000 XPF. Confirm the fare with the driver before starting your journey. Alternatively, your hotel can call a taxi for you.
