Wine Kakheti is located on Ioseb Noneshvili Street in Telavi. From the Giant Plane Tree in the center of Telavi, walk approximately 15 minutes east along Cholokashvili Street, then turn right onto Ioseb Noneshvili Street. The winery will be on your left. There is no cost for walking.
Taxi

Taxis are readily available in Telavi. From the Telavi New Bus Station, a taxi to Wine Kakheti will take approximately 5-10 minutes. Expect to pay around 5-7 GEL for the ride. You can hail a taxi on the street or use a ride-hailing app such as Yandex Go, Maxim, or Bolt.

The qvevri method, recognized by UNESCO as an Intangible Cultural Heritage, involves fermenting and aging wine in these vessels, allowing the wine to develop naturally without intervention. This results in bold, unfiltered wines with complex flavors. Wine Kakheti aims to preserve and showcase Georgia's unique winemaking heritage on an international scale.
