Walking
From Signagi city center, head south towards the main road (Tsinandali-Signagi highway). After approximately 200 meters, you will reach the junction with the main road. Turn left onto the main road and continue walking for about 1.5 kilometers. You will notice the beautiful views of the Alazani Valley on your right. Keep an eye out for a small sign indicating the path to Khikhani Fortress. After about 1.5 kilometers, you will see a dirt path leading off the main road. Take this path and continue walking for approximately 3 kilometers through the forested area. Follow the markers or local signs that lead you up the hill towards the fortress.
