From Vardzia, head northwest on the main road (E117) towards the village of Tsaghveri. After approximately 15 km, you will see signs for Tsaghveri. Turn right into the village and follow the road for about 3 km. You'll pass through the village of Kimotesubani. Continue straight until you see the signs for Timothesubani Holy Dormition Church, which is located on your left. There is parking available near the church.
