Lousberg-Terrasse: A Scenic Vista in Aachen

Getting There

• Walking

  If you are starting from Aachen's city center (Markt), head northeast towards the Katschhof. Continue straight onto the Klosterplatz, then take a left onto the Peterstraße. Walk until you reach the intersection with the Habsburgerallee. Turn right onto Habsburgerallee and follow it until you see the signs for Lousberg. Continue walking up the hill, and as you reach the top, you will find Lousberg-Terrasse on your left. Enjoy the beautiful views!

• Public Transport

  From Aachen Hauptbahnhof (main train station), take bus line 3 or 13 towards 'Lousberg' and get off at the 'Lousberg' stop. Once you get off, walk up the path directly towards Lousberg-Terrasse. It's a short walk from the bus stop, and you will see signs guiding you to the terrace.

• Walking

  Starting from the historic Aachen Cathedral, exit and head west toward the Markt. From there, walk along the Adalbertstraße until you reach the intersection with the Habsburgerallee. Turn left onto Habsburgerallee and follow it uphill. Look for signs directing you to Lousberg-Terrasse, which will be on your left as you reach the summit.
