Getting There

  • Public Transport - U-Bahn

    If you are starting from the city center, take the U-Bahn (subway) line U6 from Friedrichstraße station towards Alt-Tegel. Ride for 5 stops and get off at the station 'Kochstraße / Checkpoint Charlie'. Transfer to the U-Bahn line U1 at the same station, heading towards Warschauer Straße. After 4 stops, get off at 'Görlitzer Bahnhof'. From the station, exit and head southwest on Görlitzer Straße, then turn right onto Fichtestraße. Fichtebunker will be on your left at Fichtestraße 6.

  • Public Transport - S-Bahn

    If you are near Alexanderplatz, take the S-Bahn (commuter train) S5, S7, or S75 from Alexanderplatz station towards Wannsee or Potsdam. Get off at 'Potsdamer Platz' and transfer to the U-Bahn line U2 towards Pankow. After 2 stops, get off at 'Kochstraße / Checkpoint Charlie'. From here, transfer to U1 towards Warschauer Straße and after 4 stops, disembark at 'Görlitzer Bahnhof'. Exit the station and head southwest on Görlitzer Straße, then turn right onto Fichtestraße to reach Fichtebunker at Fichtestraße 6.

    If you prefer to take a bus, you can start at Alexanderplatz and take bus number 200 towards Zoologischer Garten. Get off at 'Görlitzer Bahnhof'. From there, head southwest on Görlitzer Straße, then turn right onto Fichtestraße. Continue straight, and you will find Fichtebunker at Fichtestraße 6 on your left.
