Follow the signs towards Greifswald and continue on the A20 until you reach the junction for the A11 towards Berlin. Merge onto the A11 and follow it until you reach junction 4, where you will merge onto the A10 (Berliner Ring). Continue on the A10 until you see signs for the A100 towards Berlin-Zentrum. Follow the A100 and then take the exit toward Tempelhof. From there, follow the signs to the city center, and use a GPS or map application to navigate to Jungfernbrücke, located at 10117 Berlin. Parking is available nearby, but expect to pay around €2-€4 per hour depending on the area.
