Once you arrive at Köln Hbf, exit the train station and head out towards the main square. From the main square, walk straight along the Bahnhofstraße for about 10 minutes until you reach the intersection with Am Hof street. Turn left onto Am Hof, and you will find the Heinzelmännchenbrunnen (Fountain) at number 12-14.
