Plauer Torturm: A Sentinel of Brandenburg's Past

The Plauer Torturm, or Plauer Gate Tower, is a captivating historical landmark located in Brandenburg an der Havel, Germany. It was also known as the Luckenberger Torturm, named after the former village of Luckenberg located about 500 meters from the gate. The more common name, Plauer Torturm, is associated with the Plauer Straße, the road leading to the fishing town of Plaue.
