Tram

From the central Dusseldorf main station (Düsseldorf Hauptbahnhof), walk to the bus terminal located next to the station. Look for bus line 721 or 760 heading towards 'Köln'. Board the bus and enjoy a scenic ride for approximately 40 minutes. The bus will take you directly to Cologne. Once you arrive at the bus station in Cologne, it’s a short 15-minute walk to 'Alter Markt'. Exit the station and head towards the 'Alter Markt' which is well-signposted. The journey takes about 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at Köln Hbf, exit the station and follow the signs for 'Alter Markt'. It is approximately a 15-minute walk from the train station. Head straight down the 'Bahnhofstraße' and turn right at 'Schildergasse', which will lead you directly to the 'Alter Markt'.
