The Eagle Fountain is located on Maximilianstraße 1, in the pedestrian zone of Berchtesgaden's town center. From the Berchtesgaden Hauptbahnhof (main train station), exit the station and walk straight ahead into the town center. Follow the main street (Maximilianstraße) for approximately 5-10 minutes. The fountain will be prominently visible on your right, near the AlpenCongress Berchtesgaden. No special transport is required, and the walk is generally flat and easy.
Public Transport
If arriving by bus, most local bus lines stop at the Berchtesgaden Hauptbahnhof. From there, follow the walking directions above. Driving
If driving, parking is available in the Tiefgarage AlpenCongress (Maximilianstraße 9), which is directly adjacent to the fountain. From the parking garage, exit towards Maximilianstraße, and the fountain will be a short walk away.
