The Panorama Path also starts at Domplatz and offers a less steep, accessible route to the top. Note that the walk up Petrinistraße involves a steep incline.

The closest tram stops are Domplatz Nord (lines 3 and 6) and Domplatz Süd (line 2). From either stop, it's approximately a 5-10 minute walk to the base of Petersberg. Follow signs towards the Zitadelle and either take the Panorama Path or Petrinistraße uphill. A single tram fare within Erfurt is around €2.30.
