Getting There

  • Public Transport - Tram

    Start by heading to the nearest tram station. If you are in the city center, you can catch Tram Line 107 or 108 from the 'Essen Steele' station. Board the tram heading towards 'Essen Steele' and ride for about 10 minutes. Get off at the 'Engelbertstraße' stop. From there, walk 5 minutes straight on Engelbertstraße until you reach Engelbert Park, which will be on your left.

    If you are near the Essen Cathedral, you can walk to Engelbert Park. Head northwest on Gladbecker Str. toward Altendorfer Str. Continue for about 1 km until you reach the intersection with Engelbertstraße. Turn left onto Engelbertstraße, and after a short walk of about 300 meters, you will see Engelbert Park on your left.

    If you are near the main train station (Essen Hauptbahnhof), take Bus Line 140 or 141 from the 'Hauptbahnhof' bus stop. Ride the bus for about 15 minutes and get off at 'Essen Engelbertstraße'.
