If you are traveling by car, you can reach Weißer Turm by navigating to Ludwigsplatz 21, 90403 Nürnberg. From central Franconian Switzerland, take the A73 highway towards Nuremberg. Take exit 18 for B4 towards Nuremberg Zentrum. Follow signs for Zentrum and merge onto B4. Continue on B4 for about 15 minutes until you reach the city center. Park at a nearby parking garage, such as Karstadt or the Altstadt garage, which are within walking distance. From the parking garage, it’s a short 10-minute walk to the Weißer Turm, heading south on Breite Gasse and turning right onto Ludwigsplatz.

If you prefer public transportation, start by taking a regional train (S-Bahn) to Nuremberg from your location in Franconian Switzerland. Trains run frequently, and you can check the schedule on the DB Navigator app or website. Once you arrive at Nuremberg Hauptbahnhof (main train station), exit the station and catch the U-Bahn (subway) line U2 towards Röthenbach. Get off at the stop 'Plärrer'. From there, it’s a 5-minute walk to Weißer Turm. Head southeast on Plärrer towards Breite Gasse, then turn left onto Breite Gasse and right onto Ludwigsplatz. The tower will be ahead. Make sure to check the latest ticket prices, which vary based on your starting station.
