If you're in the city center, start at the Freiburg Minster (Münster). Face the cathedral and walk straight towards the Münsterplatz. The Museum für Stadtgeschichte is located at Münsterplatz 30, right on the square. It should take you about 5 minutes to walk there.

Public Transport (Tram)
If you're further away, you can take the tram. Head to the nearest tram station and take tram line 1, 2, or 4 towards the city center. Get off at the 'Münster' tram stop. Once you exit the tram, you will see the Freiburg Minster. Walk towards the Münsterplatz, and the Museum für Stadtgeschichte will be at Münsterplatz 30. This should take around 15-20 minutes depending on your location.
