At the Hauptbahnhof, board a regional train (S-Bahn) heading towards Karlsruhe. The journey takes approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at Karlsruhe Hauptbahnhof, exit the train and follow the signs to the bus station. Take bus number 10 or 11 towards 'Durlach' and get off at the 'Botanischer Garten' stop. From there, it's just a short walk to the Karlsruhe Botanical Garden located at Hans-Thoma-Straße 6.
