If you are starting from the Heidelberg Hauptbahnhof (main train station), head out of the station towards the main street, Bismarckstraße. Walk straight along Bismarckstraße for about 15-20 minutes until you reach the intersection with Untere Straße. Turn left onto Untere Straße and continue until you reach the Philosophenweg (Philosopher's Way). Turn right onto Philosophenweg, and you will find Philosophengärtchen at Philosophenweg 27, just a short walk along the path.

From the Heidelberg Hauptbahnhof, take bus number 33 towards 'Heidelberg Altstadt' (Old Town). Get off at the 'Philosophenweg' stop. Once you exit the bus, walk up the Philosophenweg for about 5 minutes. You will see the entrance to Philosophengärtchen on your right at Philosophenweg 27.

From the Heidelberg Hauptbahnhof, take tram line 5 towards 'Heidelberg Kirchheim'. Get off at 'Bergheim' station. From there, walk back towards the intersection and turn left onto Philosophenweg. Walk straight for about 10 minutes, and you will find Philosophengärtchen at Philosophenweg 27, on your left.

If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from one of the many bike rental stations near the Hauptbahnhof. Head towards Bismarckstraße and then follow the signs to Philosophenweg. The ride should take about 15 minutes. Once you reach Philosophenweg, keep going straight until you reach the entrance of Philosophengärtchen at Philosophenweg 27.
