Upon arriving at St. Goar station, exit the station and turn right onto Bahnhofstraße. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with B42. Cross the road and follow the signs towards Rheinfels Castle. The path will lead you to a steep incline, and you will need to walk approximately 20 minutes uphill to reach the castle entrance.

If you prefer a more scenic route, instead of taking the direct path from St. Goar station, you can walk along the Rhine River promenade from St. Goar for about 15 minutes until you reach the foot of the castle hill.
