Walking
From Lübeck's Markt (Market Square), walk east towards the Breite Strasse, continuing onto the Koberg. Proceed along the Engelsgrube, turning right onto the Mühlendamm. The Pulvermacherhaus will be on your left, a short walk from the Heiligen-Geist-Hospital. The walk is approximately 10-15 minutes, offering views of the historic Old Town. No special transport or tolls are required.
Public Transport
From Lübeck Hauptbahnhof (Central Station), take bus lines 1, 2, 6, 7, 9, 10, 16, 17, 19, 32 or 906 to the 'Fegefeuer' bus stop. From there, walk along the Mühlendamm for approximately 5-7 minutes. The Pulvermacherhaus will be on your right. A single bus fare within Lübeck is approximately €2.50. No additional costs are involved.
Driving
If driving, navigate to the Mühlendamm in Lübeck's Altstadt. Limited parking is available directly on Mühlendamm. Consider parking at the 'Parkplatz Müllergarten und Mühlendamm' (Mühlendamm) or 'Parkhaus St. Marien' (Fünfhausen 3-5), both within a short walking distance. Parking fees at these locations range from €1.20 per hour to a daily maximum of €6.00 (Monday-Saturday, 10:00-18:00, free outside these hours). No tolls are required to reach the area.
