If you are starting from Rostock Central Station (Hauptbahnhof), exit the station and head east on Grubenstraße. Continue straight onto Mönchstraße, then take a left onto Kröpeliner Straße, which is a pedestrian zone filled with shops and cafes. Walk straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Nikolaikirche 1. The Nikolaikirche will be on your left at the address b. d. Nikolaikirche 1.

From Rostock Central Station (Hauptbahnhof), take Tram Line 1 or 2 towards 'Petersdorf' or 'Dierkow' respectively. Get off at the stop 'Kröpeliner Tor'. After exiting the tram, walk along Kröpeliner Straße for about 500 meters towards the city center. As you approach the intersection with Nikolaikirche 1, you will see Nikolaikirche on your left.

From the Rostock Central Station (Hauptbahnhof), take Bus Line 25 towards 'Hochschule'. Get off at the stop 'Körnerplatz'. From Körnerplatz, head east on Kröpeliner Straße for about 700 meters, and you will arrive at Nikolaikirche 1 on your left.
