From the center of Rothenburg ob der Tauber, head towards the Marktplatz (Market Square). Once at the Marktplatz, locate the Rathaus (Town Hall) which is a prominent building in the square. From the Rathaus, take the street named 'Burgstraße' which leads directly to the castle area. Continue straight on Burgstraße until you reach the entrance of the Castle Garden, located at Alte Burg, 91541 Rothenburg ob der Tauber. The walk takes approximately 10-15 minutes.

If you are starting at the Rothenburg ob der Tauber train station, exit the station and head west on 'Bahnhofstraße'. Continue until you reach the intersection with 'Vorm Würzburger Tor', and turn right. Follow this road, which becomes 'Burgstraße'. Continue straight until you reach the Castle Garden entrance at Alte Burg. This route will take approximately 25-30 minutes.

From the Rothenburg ob der Tauber's main bus station, exit the bus terminal and walk towards 'An den Bachwiesen'. You will arrive at a path leading to 'Burgstraße'.
