If you are traveling by car, enter the address 'Rottstraße 5, 44793 Bochum' into your GPS navigation system. From the A40 highway, take the exit toward Bochum and follow the signs for Bochum-Mitte. Once you reach the city center, look for signs directing you to Rottstraße. There is limited street parking available near the Kunsthallen, so be prepared to park in nearby lots if necessary. Note that parking may incur a fee, typically around €1-2 per hour.

If using public transportation, take a train to Bochum Hauptbahnhof (main station). From there, exit the station and head to the bus stop located just outside the station. Board bus line 318 or 336, which will take you towards the city center. Get off at the 'Königstraße' stop, which is a short walk from Rottstraße. Walk east on Königstraße, and then turn left onto Rottstraße. The Kunsthallen will be on your right. A one-way ticket for the bus costs around €2.80.
