If you are traveling by car, start your journey from Kumasi city center. Head north on the N6 towards Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST). Continue on this road for about 15 km until you see signs for Owabi Wildlife Sanctuary. Take a right turn onto the road leading to the sanctuary. Follow the road for about 5 km, and you will arrive at the sanctuary entrance. Ensure your vehicle is in good condition as some sections of the road may be bumpy.

To reach the Owabi Wildlife Sanctuary via public transport, go to the Central Bus Terminal in Kumasi. Look for a Tro-Tro heading towards Abuakwa or KNUST. Once you board, inform the driver that you want to stop at Owabi Wildlife Sanctuary. The fare is typically around 2-3 GHS. The Tro-Tro will drop you off at the nearest point to the sanctuary, and from there, you may have to walk approximately 1 km to reach the entrance.
