If you are driving to KALAKPA RESOURCE RESERVE HEADQUARTERS from Ho, take the main road (N1) towards Akosombo. After approximately 25 kilometers, turn right onto the road toward Agove. Continue on this road for about 10 kilometers until you reach the reserve headquarters, which is located at F8MW+5JH, Agove. Make sure your vehicle is in good condition as some parts of the road may be unpaved.

From Ho, board a shared taxi or a trotro (minibus) heading towards Akosombo. Inform the driver you want to stop at Agove. The fare should be around 5-10 GHS depending on the number of passengers. Once you arrive at Agove, you may need to walk or arrange a local motorbike taxi ('okada') to the specific location of the KALAKPA RESOURCE RESERVE HEADQUARTERS, which is about 3 kilometers from the main road. Expect to pay around 2-5 GHS for the motorbike ride.
