From Casemates Square, head towards the main street, which is called Main Street. Walk straight along Main Street for about 10 minutes. You will pass by several shops and cafes. Keep an eye out for the signs pointing towards the bus station. Once you reach the bus station, look for Bus Line 2 or 3 which will take you towards La Línea de la Concepción. Get off at the stop named 'La Línea - Gibraltar Border'. After disembarking, walk to the border crossing and pass through the immigration check. Once in Spain, continue walking straight until you reach the local bus station in La Línea. Here, you can catch a bus heading to Cádiz. Make sure to check the bus schedule ahead of time. Once you arrive in Cádiz, you will need to take a taxi or a local bus to Ensenada de Bolonia, which is approximately a 30-minute drive from the Cádiz city center. Make sure to give the driver the address: Ensenada de Bolonia, s/n, 11380 Cádiz.
