Walking
From Casemates Square, head southwest towards the Main Street. Walk down Main Street until you reach the end. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto the road leading to the eastern side of the Rock of Gibraltar. Continue walking straight for about 15 minutes until you reach the Cable Car station. Near the Cable Car station, there are bus stops. Take bus number 8 or 9 towards La Linea. After about 30 minutes, you will arrive at La Linea bus station. From there, it's a short walk to the border where you can cross into Spain. After crossing, look for signs directing you to the bus station in La Linea. Take a bus heading towards Cádiz and enjoy the scenic ride. You should disembark at the Cádiz bus terminal and from there, follow the signs to the beach area. Playa de Los Lances is approximately a 10-minute walk from the bus terminal.
