Walking
From Main Street, simply walk north towards the large archway marking the entrance to Grand Casemates Square. As you approach, you'll pass various shops and cafes. The square is easily visible and accessible from the end of Main Street.
Public Transport
Take any bus that services the city center. Alight at the main bus terminal near Casemates Square. From the terminal, walk straight towards the square, which is just a few minutes away. Bus fare is approximately £1.
Taxi
Taxis are readily available throughout Gibraltar, including at the airport and border. Ask the driver to take you to Grand Casemates Square. The fare will vary depending on the starting point, but a short trip within the city center should cost around £7-£14. Be aware that taxi fares have a base fee of £3.60, plus £2 per km, and additional charges may apply for luggage (£0.50 per piece) or airport surcharge (£2.00).
Car
From any direction, follow signs towards 'Gibraltar Town Center'. As you approach the town, look for parking areas. The closest parking is at Gibraltar Marina or Ocean Village, with hourly rates of approximately £2-£4. From the parking area, it's a short walk to Casemates Square. Note that parking can be limited.
