If you are near Syntagma Square, take the Metro Line 3 (the Blue Line) towards Doukissis Plakentias. Get off at the 'Monastiraki' station. After exiting the station, follow the signs for 'Thisio'. Once you are at street level, walk towards the ancient Agora. Continue straight on Ermou Street until you reach the intersection with Panos Street. Turn right onto Panos Street, and the Fethiye Mosque Museum will be on your left.
