Metro
If you are near Syntagma Square, take the Metro Line 3 (the Blue Line) towards Doukissis Plakentias. Get off at the 'Monastiraki' station. After exiting the station, follow the signs for 'Thisio'. Once you are at street level, walk towards the ancient Agora. Continue straight on Ermou Street until you reach the intersection with Panos Street. Turn right onto Panos Street, and the Fethiye Mosque Museum will be on your left.
Bus
Find the nearest bus stop in the central area of Athens. Take bus number 049 or 500 towards 'Piraeus'. Get off at the stop 'Kotzia Square'. From there, walk southwest along Athinas Street, which will lead you to Monastiraki Square. Once at Monastiraki Square, walk towards the ancient Agora, and turn right onto Ermou Street. Continue straight until you reach Panos Street, then turn right. The Fethiye Mosque Museum will be on your left.

If you are in the Plaka area, you can easily walk to the Fethiye Mosque Museum. Head towards the Acropolis, passing by the Roman Agora. From the Agora, continue towards Monastiraki Square. Turn onto Ermou Street and walk straight until you reach Panos Street. Turn right onto Panos Street, and you will find the Fethiye Mosque Museum on your left.

You can also take a taxi from anywhere in Athens. Simply tell the driver to take you to 'Fethiye Mosque Museum, Panos Street, Athens'. The driver will take you directly to the location, and it should not take more than 15 minutes depending on traffic.
