Bus
From Chania, head to the central bus station (Ktel Chania). Board the bus heading towards Kolymbari. The journey takes approximately 30-40 minutes. Ask the driver to let you know when you reach the stop for 'Vouves'. Once you arrive at the Vouves stop, walk about 1 km towards the village of Ano Vouves. Follow the signs to the Ancient Olive Tree, which will be located in a small grove just outside the village.

Rent a bicycle from one of the rental shops in Chania. Head towards the western coast along the coastal road. Follow the signs directing you towards Kolymbari and Vouves. The ride is approximately 14 km and will take around 1 hour. Once you reach Vouves, follow the signs to the Ancient Olive Tree, which is located just outside the village.

If you're feeling adventurous, you can walk from Chania to Vouves. Start from the Old Port area and head west toward the coastal road. Continue along the coast until you reach the village of Kolymbari (approximately 14 km). From Kolymbari, you can follow the signs to Ano Vouves, which is about 3 km further inland. The Ancient Olive Tree of Vouves is located just outside the village, so keep an eye out for signage.
