If you are starting from the Venetian Harbor, head east towards the main road (Kydonias Street). Walk along Kydonias Street until you reach the intersection with Halidon Street. Turn left onto Halidon Street, which will lead you towards the Old Town. Continue straight until you reach the central square where the Cathedral of Chania is located. From there, take a right onto 1866 Square and continue straight until you reach the intersection of 1866 Square and Kydonias Street. Here, you'll find the Church of St. Nicholas located on the left side.

If you are near the Chania Municipal Market, exit the market and head towards the old town area. Walk towards the waterfront and take a left along the promenade. Continue walking until you reach 1866 Square. From 1866 Square, follow the previous directions to reach the Church of St. Nicholas.
