Start from the central square of Chania, known as 'Platia 1866'. Head east on Halidon Street towards the Old Harbor. Continue walking until you reach the Old Harbor, where you can enjoy the waterfront views. From the harbor, follow the coastline south until you reach the bus station. Take the local bus to 'Mezkla' (or 'Μεσκλά' in Greek), which should take approximately 20-30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Mezkla stop, walk towards the village center. The Church of the Panagia is located in the village, just a short walk from the bus stop. Look for signs indicating 'Ναός Παναγίας' or ask locals for directions.

If you prefer not to walk the entire way, you can take a KTEL bus from Chania to Mezkla. The bus station in Chania is located near the Old Market (Agora). Check the schedule for the next bus to Mezkla, as they run at intervals throughout the day. The journey will take about 20-30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Mezkla bus stop, walk towards the main square of the village. The Church of the Panagia is easily accessible from there, and you can ask any local for the exact location if needed.
