If you are in the Old Town of Chania, head towards the Venetian Harbor. Once you reach the harbor, walk along the waterfront promenade. Continue walking until you see the statue of Eleftherios Venizelos on your right. From there, turn left onto Kountourioti Street. The Maritime Museum of Crete is located a short distance down this street on your left at Kountourioti, Chania 731 36.

From your location in Chania, locate the nearest bus stop in the Old Town. Take a bus that heads towards the harbor area. Inform the bus driver of your destination, and they will stop near the Venetian Harbor. After disembarking, walk towards the harbor, and follow the waterfront promenade until you find the statue of Eleftherios Venizelos. Turn left onto Kountourioti Street and you will find the Maritime Museum of Crete shortly on your left.
