Getting There

Walking
If you're starting from the Old Harbor, head east along the waterfront promenade. Continue past the famous lighthouse until you reach the end of the harbor. From there, you will see the main road (Akti Kountourioti). Turn right and walk along this road. After about 10 minutes, you will come to a traffic light intersection with the main road called Selinou. Cross the street at the pedestrian crossing. Continue straight on Selinou street for about 5 minutes until you reach Pl. Kotzampasi, which will be on your left. Look for the square's distinctive architecture and vibrant atmosphere.

If you're starting from the Municipal Market of Chania, exit the market and head towards the square right outside (Pl. 1866). From there, walk towards the east exit of the square and continue straight on Zambeliou street for about 7 minutes until you reach the intersection with Selinou street.
