Walking
If you are in Nea Chora, head east along the beach promenade (Paralia Nea Chora) until you reach the intersection with the main road, Akti Koundourou. Turn left onto Akti Koundourou and continue walking straight. After approximately 15-20 minutes, you will reach the Old Port of Chania. Continue along the waterfront until you reach the entrance to the Old Town. Once inside the Old Town, keep walking straight until you see the sign for Chalidon Street. Turn right onto Chalidon Street, and the Municipal Art Gallery will be located at Chalidon 98, Chania 731 32, on your left.
Public Transport
Take the local bus from Nea Chora to Chania city center. Look for bus line 21, which operates frequently and will take you directly to the heart of Chania. The bus stop in Nea Chora is located near the beach. Once you arrive at the central bus station in Chania, exit and walk towards the Old Town. Head towards the Old Port and then follow the directions as mentioned above to reach Chalidon Street, where the Municipal Art Gallery is located at Chalidon 98. Be prepared to pay a small fare for the bus ride, usually around €1.50.
