Bus

From the center of Ioannina, walk to the central bus station (Ktel) located at 25 Martiou Street. Once there, purchase a ticket to Kipi, which is a village near the Plakidas Bridge. The bus ride takes approximately 30 minutes. After arriving at Kipi, exit the bus and head towards the direction of Epar.Od. Metsovou-Kipon. The Plakidas Bridge is about a 10-minute walk from the bus stop. You will see signs directing you to the bridge along the way.
Walking

If you prefer to walk from the city center, start at the Ioannina Castle and head northeast towards the Ioannina lake. Continue along the lakeside promenade until you reach the main road (Epar.Od. Metsovou-Kipon). Once you reach the road, turn left and follow it for about 4 kilometers until you arrive at Kipi. The Plakidas Bridge is situated just off the main road, visible from a distance.
Taxi

From anywhere in Ioannina, you can take a taxi to Kipi. Simply inform the driver that you want to go to Plakidas Bridge. The journey will take approximately 20 minutes depending on traffic. Taxis are a convenient option if you are traveling in a group or if you prefer a direct route without the hassle of public transport.
Bicycle

If you're comfortable riding a bicycle, you can rent one from a local rental shop in Ioannina. Start your ride from the city center and head towards the lakeside promenade.
