From the center of Ioannina, walk to the central bus station (Ktel) located at 25 Martiou Street. Once there, purchase a ticket to Kipi, which is a village near the Plakidas Bridge. The bus ride takes approximately 30 minutes. After arriving at Kipi, exit the bus and head towards the direction of Epar.Od. Metsovou-Kipon. The Plakidas Bridge is about a 10-minute walk from the bus stop. You will see signs directing you to the bridge along the way.
