Once you arrive at the Paros port, you can take a local bus or a taxi to Ekatontapiliahs. If opting for the bus, catch the bus towards Parikia and ask the driver to drop you off at the Ekatontapyliani church stop.

Take a ferry from Mykonos to Paros, which departs from Mykonos Old Port. The ferry ride usually takes about 45 minutes to 1 hour. Upon arrival at Paros port (Parikia), you can either walk to Ekatontapiliahs, which is about a 15-minute walk from the port, or you can take a local bus or taxi. If walking, head straight from the port towards the main road, then follow the signs to Ekatontapyliani.

If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi from anywhere in Mykonos directly to the Mykonos Old Port. From there, take a ferry to Paros. Upon arriving at Parikia port in Paros, you can either take a taxi directly to Ekatontapilyani church or walk, as it is close to the port.
